Had a consolation in April of 2024. Decided that his sales pitch and professionalism was exactly what I was looking for in a company. Had him order 8 Juniper trees for privacy in back. Junipers were installed 5/15/24. Landscapers hit a sprinkler line, which I understands happens. Owner response, “ did you tell him the sprinkler lines were there “. I unfortunately do not have a map of all sprinkler lines underground. His next statement was “ we are not responsible for sprinkler and gas lines, those need to be marked on the property”. He could reach out to sprinkler guy, but he is not responsible. I than went to you tube academy, and spent three days researching than fixing. June 13, 2024 my first tree died. He stated that it was unusual, but replaced that tree. He also stated on 6/15 while replacing that tree, that the island was soak and wet. To the point of saturation. I agree that particular day water was heavily. 7/22/24 I now have 4 out of 8 Junipers that are dying. Owner now refuses to replace and now has relinquished all responsibility to the grower. I have never meant grower, and frankly not even sure who the grower is at this point. This has been without question the most unprofessional business post implantation. No responsibility of his work and not an honorable man.

Pro care We Care has performed services for me in the past and is currently working on another project. The previous project was focused on redesigning my backyard since there are areas that grass is unable to grow do to the abundance of trees in the area. A large bed was created to allow plants to grow and water to drain. This was done by creating two stone paths that lead to the lowest area of the yard. The current project is redesigning the front yard by moving foliage for their best growth. Pro Care scheduled this work when rain was forecast so these plants would take root. The spring cleanup is scheduled for a later date since the maple trees aren’t finished with their spring droppings. I recommend Pro Care for anyone who wants excellent and high quality work along with excellent customer service.
