January 31 2024. Used free Big Mac from points. Was charged for full meal Sandwich Fry and drink. Total came to 9.67. emailed McDonald's 3 times to get refund told it would take up to 15 days for the refund. Still haven't received. Told I have to contact McDonald's on Lorain Ave where purchase was made. They don't answer phone can't find email for store. It's a small amount but have had many instances were didn't get the product I paid for. Solution would be refund my moneyInitial Complaint

I went to McDonald’s on 04/05/22 for a coffee after picking my daughter up from school. I pull up to the drive through window and the barista did not put the lid on the coffee cup but just set it on top of the cup so when he passed the cup through the drive through window the cup collapsed spilling hot searing coffee all over my legs and my white leather seats of my brand new SUV. I screamed when the searing hot coffee burnt my legs because of how hot it was. I asked to speak to the manager and she said all she could do was give me the three dollars back for my coffee. That three dollars does not even pay to get the coffee stains out of my white leather seats. After arriving back at my home I examine the damage of the burns on my legs and they are raw and red. The way the situation was handled by the facility staff was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
