I purchased a new house, and contacted all around garage door and gate in N ridgeville. I knew the previous owner just replace the opener and had the door fixed. I contacted the company on the door and spoke with Steve I asked Steve if he had replaced a garage door opener at my new location within the last month he looked up some records and told me that he had. At that point I made an appointment for that day for his company to come out and look at the door and tell me why it was not closing properly. When the technician was finished he presented me with a bill for $159.00. At this point it was after 5:00pm and his office was closed, so I paid it and contacted Steve the next morning to understand why I was charged. Steve told me that he mistakenly told me he replace the door at my house within. The last month and he was sorry. Steve told me he would contact his repair man and get back to me and never did. Had Steve been honest w/me that he was not the company that did the work I. My sore a month prior I would have contacted the previous owners to find out who the 3 year warranty was through. Instead Steve lied and never had any intent of making this situation right. I would like a refund in the amount of $159.
