In 2019, as an international student, I purchased on December 27th from the GNC (General Nutrition Centers) website, with order number ************. For Order #************, I bought twelve Triple Strength Fish Oil Mini and a Vitamin E, A & D Moisturizing Cream. GNC divided this order into two packages, with the Triple Strength Fish Oil Mini tracked via ***** SmartPost with the tracking number ********************, and the Vitamin E, A & D Moisturizing Cream tracked separately with ***** SmartPost using the tracking number ********************. Unfortunately, due to I am leaving the **, the package was returned to GNC by the apartment officer using the same return label. Despite numerous attempts, I have not received a refund for Order ************, specifically for the Triple Strength Fish Oil Mini 60 with ***** tracking number ********************, as of March 2020. The refund amount is $88.71 minus $3.20, totaling $85.51. GNC provided me with customer case numbers. I've made over 30 calls and emails during this period, but the customer service only suggested disputing the transaction with the bank. However, this purchase was made using a ******* visa card with a complex dispute procedure, making resolution through the bank impossible. Given the unresolved nature of this old case, I am now seeking assistance from the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
