**** dispatched two employees to our small cafe only because they worked together that morning and the place there were at cancelled them. They refilled three coolers for a total charge of $60 in refrigerant. The bill….. $530! They were there less than one hour and the call out fee was approximately 90$ which goes toward repairs. The cost was atrocious. Now we have a non working cooler. My husband called about repairing it. They are all of a sudden they are too busy. Refund us…. That is ridiculously priced.Business response

Hello,
Three separate coolers had refrigerant leaks. Adjusted the refrigerant charge in each cooler per customer’s request. Recommend leaks to be repaired on coolers or replaced before charging again, per best business practice.

I am rejecting this response because: The response is a lie. The invoice states a leak was not found in ALL equipment. Attached in their invoice.
