**Terrible Experience - Roof Still Leaking!**Failed to show to fix their horrible work. My parents had a roof installed by J&M Roofing in October 2023, and it has started leaking in multiple places (at least 3 to 4). The roof was done for an elderly couple in their 80s, my parents, which makes the situation even more concerning. We've been trying to contact the company, but they have stopped answering our calls. There's no way to leave a voicemail either, which is incredibly frustrating. They promised to come out and inspect the roof but didn't show up the first time. After finally coming for an inspection, they promised to fix the leaks today but once again, they failed to show up.This lack of professionalism and responsibility is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using them for any roofing needs. They do not honor their commitments or stand by work!Review from Teddy J

This *** ***** hired me to install his gutter.had me do a few jobs.had to chase my money down a few times until he finally just stopped calling.did a 1500$ gutter job and he stiffed me my money.i would not recommend him to any gutter installers.and be aware to homeowners h*** never return to do service work if its needed.once paid he forgets you exsist

We wanted to leave this company a good rating and become a repeat customer for future work but not after we came out of pocket paying 9k in cash and the ***************** took the money and didnt even finish the entire roofing job. We paid him to complete what he said would be completed and he didnt give a discount like he had previously mentioned on the price of wood that was needed for it where a $7500 job suddenly turned into a $9000 job then lied saying somebody will come out to finish the work that was never completed to then never follow through with any of it. We do not appreciate the dishonesty. Word of advice to anybody using this company, absolutely do NOT pay them until the job is 100% done because he will leave with your money and keep you hanging to never return and finish. Youll get one text responses for days and some without any with no change that only increases frustration. We are not happy at all. Well be contacting the BBB to report this. Her roof was completed she wanted a pc of soffit fixed which wasnt in contract at all roof is complete
