Xcel ****************** has ordered from Accu-feed in the past (2015). On October 2023 we placed a purchase order and agreed to pay for half of the merchandise (check *****, dated 10/26/2023). Invoice total is $4281.00, agreement was 50% down $2140.50, which we did. After numerous calls and emails, we are getting no response from Accu-feed. We are ok with still receiving the product (2 ea. of #*****-02 1 3/8 x 1 3/8 LH Augers) and are willing to pay the other half of the invoice, but no one will return our calls or emails... if no agreement can be made, then we will gladly accept a refund. Below you will find our PO (purchase order), Front of the check and back of the check where it was deposited, plus our email thread of asking for an arrival date.
