On 3/21/20233 and 3/23/2023, landscape and security lighting was installed at my home. After completion of the project there was a minor issue with security lighting in which I was not satisfied. I agreed to pay the owner in full approx. $3500 and stated he would be back the next week to take care of the issue. I had not heard from him in the subsequent week and reached out to him via text message on 4/7/2023 and received a response several days later stating this would be taken care. I received no follow-up. I have since sent a text message on 4/20/2023 and a phone call on 4/24/2023 with no response. Overall, I am happy with the finished product. I am just seeking resolution to the stated issue and would like this to be addressed and completed.Business response
