I purchased a few items from the store. Two of them being a very expensive tactical type vest for my dog and the other being a leash that was pretty expensive as well. Well I was in the store and checking out. The lady at the counter told me that they had another vest in a color that I had originally wanted. The leash was with the vest that I was trying to purchase. Well I was at the counter we removed both from the packaging and I tried to put the vest on the dog. She ended up exchanging the vest for a different one but not the leash. The item was opened at the store before purchase well I was at the counter talking to the employee. I tried to return the leash that was not the right one for the vest but they told me because I did not have the original packaging that it was not allowed. They refuse to do a straight Exchange even though they kept the packaging. I actually left them the leash that I did not want which I think was $40. All I'm asking for is an exchange for the one that I wanted. Should not be that big of a deal.Business response

Our apologies. We must have missed your first attempt to make contact with us. Today is the first day we became aware of any BBB complaint filed. I contacted ******* ***** personally when I was made aware by management. ******* and I (**** ********) resolved the issue immediately. All should be well.
