Please avoid adventure Subaru in Painesville. I took my wife’s car there on Friday to get a remote start put on as a surprise. They said it would be done. Than I got a call stating they couldn’t get to it. And hopefully it would be ready Saturday. Saturday came and gone with out a phone call, even though I called to inquire and got an answering machine. Monday came and I called to see if it was ready and they didn’t even know it was there for a service. So again it fell through the cracks. They were disingenuous with their apologies, stating they would make it up to me. Today I called 4 times to no answer or call back until 510pm. Their idea of”making it up to me” was laughable. I am so disgusted with their lack of care and compassion regarding the excess of time and falling through the cracks. Ruining a surprise gift, and making my wife unhappily barrow her parents cars. I will never buy a Subaru again. I will advise you not to buy a Subaru based on my experience and I will sell this car before I ever have to step foot back in that dealership again. Learn form my mistake. Don’t use adventure Subaru in Painesville area.
