Entered by BBB staff LO Consumer states that the business didn’t put her mother's and brother's birthdates on the headstone that was purchased (it was a 3 person headstone). Consumer said that Karen at The Casket Store told her the dates were free of charge and would be put on the headstone but they were not put on there. The consumer said her mother passed 1/3/22 and when she went to go visit the cemetery the information was not on the headstone. The consumer reached out to someone at the cemetery named Mary about this and she told her to reach out to the business because she had no paperwork showing that the business was going to come out to add the names. The consumer tried to Google the business to find the number but it said the business was permanently closed so she called the cemetery back and they advised her to call the BBB. Consumer was also told that there would be no charge to put the headstone on.
