George & Tina of LG Roofing, Parma OH, were so helpful this summer. We had two bad storms, one of which had several tonadoes, that did damage to our siding and roof line. Repairing the damage was not a large job but essential to protect our home from further wind and rain damage. George and Tina although busy with larger projects were understanding and very responsive to our requests for help. My wife and I were so appreciative for their timely response as well as the quality work. We will be calling LG Roofing when future repairs or work is needed. I contacted LG Home Improvement for some roof repairs. The owner, George, came out, assessed the problem ( a minor repair ),and went up on the roof and fixed it himself that same day. George was very professional. He also alerted me to some possible future problems. He was fair and helpful. Also a very nice man. I will use LG Home Improvement in the future and recomend them to anyone. Gary B. 11/08/2023

I contacted LG Home Improvement along with two other reputable roofing companies (all BBB A+ rated) in my area for an estimate this past April. George (the owner of LG Home Improvement) came out to do his estimate. He did the roof inspection, answered all my questions, and was very straight forward with what needed to be done. His estimate was in the middle of the three I received. George offered to get me higher quality shingles and a better manufacturer’s warranty. His honesty and willingness to work with me was what gained my trust to hire him and his team. He was genuinely interested in doing what was best for my situation. George's crew came out and completed the roofing in one day. George was present on the jobsite most of the time which also impressed me. They were extremely careful in protecting my property and did an excellent job with clean-up. Another crew came out a few days later to replace the gutters. They also did an excellent job. George was present during the gutter installation as well. There were a couple of minor issues which George addressed immediately. George and Gina (who handled all the paperwork) were wonderful individuals to work with and I have recommended LG Home Improvement to other friends and family. Thank you George and Gina for making my roof replacement as stress free as possible.

I called LG Home Improvement, Inc., and George did our roof. He did an excellent job. George is an honest, straightforward businessman and extremely fast. George gave us alternatives and a solution. We had another entity look at our roof before George. The quotation was unreasonable. We felt the entity wanted to take advantage of us (seniors). He has FIVE STARS ***** ***** ****** ***********

LG Home Improvement does excellent plus work. Right from teh beginning with Gina's phone call and George coming to house, we knew that was a top-notch company. They came highly recommended to us and we can see why.George knows his roofing and has the best work ethics of anyone we have ever known.He is always checking on his workers who work very hard.They all take great pride in what the do and it shows. George sets a perfect example.He is on the job a lot and thoroughly checks the work during the process and after they finish.The clean-up is unbelievable. My experience was fantastic. George and his crew were fast and efficient. The clean up al the year off off my roof. Was carful around my flowerbeds. Very thorough and professional. I have used their services on my home and my mother’s home and I highly recommend them.
