Paid $98 for an RV wash and once the water dried it was just as dirty as it was before it went in. I have contacted blue beacon and sent them pictures. They no longer respond.Business response

My name is **** ******, and I am the Field Representative for Blue Beacon of Perrysburg (Stony Ridge), Ohio. This letter is in response to a letter we received from you dated March 1, 2024. Your letter stated that customer, ******* ******, is disputing goods received or service rendered on January 21, 2024. This is our written rebuttal which provides proof that the goods/services described on the sales receipt or invoice was suitable and that there was proper disclosure at the time of the purchase. A copy of our ticket signed by the customer is attached.
Mr. ****** emailed us on January 22, 2024, at 6:35 PM with his dissatisfaction regarding the wash on his RV and Jeep. ****, General Manager at Stony Ridge, contacted Mr. ****** on January 25, 2024, at 12:45 PM. He apologized that the wash didn't meet our expectations and that we would be working hard to get this fixed. **** and Mr. ****** visited about the pictures Mr. ****** referenced in the email.
On February 7, 2024, at 7:54 PM, Mr. ****** sent in another email and attached the pictures for us to review. The pictures show road and salt pre-treatment that is used for snow conditions and is caused from Mr. ****** driving the RV and Jeep down the roads. That is not anything that would have been missed or caused during the wash. **** called the customer again on February 8, 2024, at 9:40 AM to explain the road/salt conditions, and he was sent to Mr. ******'s voicemail, where **** left a message for Mr. ****** to call him. No call was received from Mr. ****** after that voicemail.
We have responded every time Mr. ****** reached out to us, and we explained what the pictures showed. If the wash would have not been to Blue Beacon standards, we would have made it right for Mr. ******.
I hope you will agree that the charge should stand. We have attached the pictures for your review, as well. We do need to be paid in full for his wash services.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: the pictures I attached were taken as soon as the water dried. The line was over an hour long and I did not have the time to wait to get in again. Blue beacons refusal to do the right thing the first time shows that they wouldn't do the right thing the second either. All I am asking for is a full refund
