On Sunday, December 26 I had cost cutters in ********** Ohio highlight my hair. It turned out NOTHING like I asked for nor the photo I showed for reference and the stylist ruined my hair. I told her I didn't like it and she charged me full price anyway. I had to go to a different salon a day later to have them fix it and they agreed - it was a bad color job and I shouldn't have had to pay. I spent 5 hours having them fix it and spent over $400 on cost cutters error. I have contacted the company twice via their customer service email (they don't give you a customer service phone) and via their Facebook page NINE times and they refuse to assist or refund their poor work.Business response

The manager did not know there was a problem with the service that was provided. The manager requests the consumer call her at ************ and speak with her directly about the matter. She would contact their corporate office - as I submitted multiple messages through their website to customer care and have messaged their Facebook account 9 times and sent photos. I asked for a refund. She would contact their corporate office - as I submitted multiple messages through their website to customer care and have messaged their Facebook account 9 times and sent photos. I don't want to talk it out. I want a refund to my original payment method.Customer response
