Avoid at all costs. Had a siding job that never got finished, owner pocketed a substantial amount of the cash from the transaction and sent me to an "appraiser" that could never quite get the right info needed to the insurance company. Roofer over quoted the roof replacement and used funds earmarked for the siding without alerting myself or the insurance company $5k in value. Very sure using funds earmarked for something else from an insurance company is fraud. The insurance company has now closed the claim, and will not allow an appraisal. The owner's responses would take weeks between reaching out. Continually stressed "this isn't how this NORMALLY happens" "Someone getting fired" But business continued as usual. Very disappointed what should have been a simple sale of my old home in Baltimore has turned into a nightmare for the new owner and the old ones. Gave benefit of the doubt for way too long. Owner then harassed me later that night when i told him legal action would be taken. Owner can refund the $5k personally, will use the harassment with legal proceedings if this isnt rectified by the owner.Business response

The Owner of the company personally handed the desired amount to Mr. ********. This issue has been resolved between a personal transaction of both parties.Customer response
