  bought used car for $2800 including tax and title. We bought it 8/7/24. We explained to the dealer that we needed a reliable car for our daughter living in Columbus cause she was t-boned a couple days earlier and we needed to replace car quickly. He told us that the 2010 Dodge Caliber was a good car and would be great for her. Well on 8/16/24 my daughter had to take the car in cause it wouldn't run right. The transmission place she ended up taking it to her told her she had to have a new transmission. We got the car back to Troy, OH and contacted dealer. Took car to them on Sunday 8/18/24. Talked to the son of the owner and asked him if they wanted the paper work to show what the shop said about car. He said no. If transmission is gone its gone. Said they would check it out and contact me Monday. I didn't hear from them early afternoon (around 2 pm) so I messaged ******. He said he couldn't fix it for me for free its a 25 hundred car. I made a comment that a transmission shouldn't go out on a car that I just bought within 2 weeks. I thought you were an honest guy that maybe I need to get lawyer or someone to help me. He than replied that we need to come get car cause he isn't touching it now.

  I already sent the problems with his car I hope someone else does not get ripped off I have put a lot of money in the 2007 dodge calber I know there is no such thing as a lemon law but there should be a law to stop then from advantage of people they told me and my grand son that it had new struts wich eas a lie plus it had bolt strupped in the front frame which I had to replace plus it had alot of other things wrong with it I paid a little over 4 thousand for this car now it is having engine problems u can not drive it I don't have the funds to get another one iam on social security I don't know if there is anything you can do to help me but I figured this will at least let someone know of there lying ways to get a sell they game 150.00 to pay for 2 struts but there were 4 all together bad I wish I never bought this car iam beauty making my bills what I would like is for them to replace this peace of crap and hope they don't do this to any one else the car is falling apart I can't drivevit

  This car was sold as is. She purchased it May 25th 2022. Never heard a word from her till you contacted me. I can't help people if they don't contact me but it was sold As Is! I am enclosing a purchase paper and a copy of the As Is Warranty.
