Buyer beware. Don't make any complaints about services YOU are paying for. You will ALWAYS be wrong. If you're not happy be prepared to be dropped via letter with lame excuses like... "you're now out of our service area" except they still service your neighbor 4 doors down on same street. Do yourself a favor, find someone else. We contacted with this company for 3 years, it was always the same.Business response

To Whom It Concerns,
After reading this complaint several times and reviewing the customer's account, I am uncertain as to what the $2,000 dispute is about. For the two years, 2022 and 2023, that the ********* used Endless Summer, the account was paid timely and in full. The client used another company for the opening and closing of the swimming pool. All Endless Summer provided was weekly cleanings / chemical checks and adjustments.The total amount they spent with Endless Summer for 11 months worth of service was $3,690.60 (an average of $335.51 per month). And, again, all invoices were paid in full, on time and I have no record of any complaints about billing or otherwise.
In 2023 Endless Summer lost 20% of our seasoned management staff. Because of that, we made some tough decisions on reducing the number of pools we service. We sent out 30 letters to clients letting them know that we would no longer be able to service their swimming pools. For over 20 years Endless Summer has served Central Ohio. In that time we have reduced our service area several times due to logistical reasons, staffing issues, gas prices, insurance costs, housing market crash, COVID, etc.
It is unfortunate that this particular client has taken our effort to maintain our excellent standards of service personally. That said, the choice to reduce our client list was a business decision I made to ensure the continued quality of our work and the well-being of our staff.

We were never looking for any money, the BBB would not let us file without an amount. The point of the complaint was to alert customers in the manner you run the business. The letter we received had more of a you're not good enough feel to it and extremely impersonal considering you only cut 30 customers. Our neighbors however were not cut so it didn't make sense. I accept the business's response to resolve this complaint.
