  I needed a new well pump. The ***** Brothers said they could possibly replace a well pump. If they cannot remove the original well pump I would have to contact a well pump company. The ***** Brothers came out and tried to remove the original well pump and could not. I contacted a well pump company and got a new one. I then received a bill in the mail from ***** Brothers. I contacted them asking what we were billed for. They stated we were billed for a service. No prier communication was said or written about there being a charge for them to come out. I asked multiple times why I was being charged when no charge was said to happen. They simply told me to pay the charge or it will be sent to collections. If I knew I would be charged I wouldn’t have had them come out to begin with.

  3.27.2024 BBB called business spoke to ***** *****. She said consumer was charged $159.00 service charge. ***** said that consumer has paid bill.

  I am rejecting this response because: 
  The business falsely charged us. They did not state any charges just for coming out and still sent us a bill. The business even admitted that they did not let us know that any charges would happen and still sent a bill.
