Multiple cosmetic issues drywall, door frames, kitchen cabinets (screws failing out, caulking surrounding cabinets dissipated, side of cabinet(sheet damaged) extensive cracking interior and exterior front concrete and garage., leaking/ plumbing (reoccurrence)…knocking noise in pipes that the builders contractor claims they dont hear…yet i have current leaks and wet spot in ceiling, lower level home cold(question insulation).Business response

We have reached out to this customer for more information. Aside from this notice, we have not been otherwise contacted by the customer, and the last logged service at this address was in January. At that time the issue of moisture at the ceiling around heat duct along with concerns of “pinging” noise in the duct work were diagnose and remedied, and no further action has been requested by way of prescribed method for service request.

I am rejecting this response because: there are reoccurring plumbing issues that the builder contractors claimed to have resolved but has reoccurred (images submitted) Also, a lot of issues previously identified in property inspection and emails and either not addressed or poorly done and considered tacky. Again, most of the items were included or identified in property inspection or was sent via email correspondence (with images) dating back to move in/possession of the home.
Additionally, there are newly identified issues that were not seen as hidden by dishwasher. Front Entry Door Window (Wood cracked or not attached)

I have reached out to the customer via email, and I have notified her that I will have a project manager out to review the items/concerns that she has. We will be sure to address any items that were not completed according to NAHB warranty guidelines. I will also make note that some items show in the photos have already been remedied and should not be shown as "outstanding" concerns.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: the walkthrough with a project manager is scheduled to come out and review. I look forward to the walkthrough 4/18/23, in hopes that we can resolve the issues.
