My girlfriend and I booked a room at this establishment for a weekend getaway. The hotel was in my girlfriends name with her card being on file. After the first night we were accused by the hotel staff of urinating in not one but not both beds of our hotel room. The owner instructed us that we needed to pull cash out (660$) immediately to pay for property damages. When I asked too see what was damaged they told me the garbage had already been collected and it was gone. They are claiming they had to get rid of the mattresses due to discoloration. They mattress where still present when we were evicted and I have pictures of both mattresses and the room. They took my debit card and made unauthorized charges on my account that I am currently disputing. A police report was filed. We were not allowed to leave the premise until we pulled the cash out of an atm and paid for the damages instead of charging the card on file. I told them I could not do that. I refused to sign any paper work or withdrawal cash and then my girlfriend and I were evicted from the property. We were still charged for both nights, both of us where charged with property damages that we did not cause.
