      On February 22, 2020, I put a $812.50 deposit on a wedding dress. The pandemic hit, my wedding was moved. I told owner that I was moving the wedding. The pandemic lasted longer than everyone anticipated, I ended up not having a wedding and went to the court house instead as gatherings were still not advised. I called owner asked for a refund and she said she would when her business picked up. I have since in the almost 3 years, have made multiple attempts to get my money back. The owner told me to "have good faith" and "I will get you your money" but it has been almost 3 years and my good faith has ran out. Last conversation I have had with the owner, she took my address and stated she was mailing me half my refund within a week, then the rest 2 weeks after that. She did not, and I tried to make contact with her again but she never returned my call. I am tired of calling and chasing my money. I would like my refund as I never received the product as well as the owner promised me on multiple occasions I would get my money back.

      I accept the business's response to resolve this complaint. I would like to know how I am to receive the payment and if they payment will be in full in order to resolve this issue completely.

      I would like to reopen my complaint as I was told by the business that payment would be sent out the first week in February and it is now March and I have not received payment. Thank you, ****** ********** Case   18826359

      **** *******, owner, called BBB and stated she had set up an installment plan w/ consumer. She has made one payment and will make two more next month, paid in full by end of April. Consumer was in agreement.
