I agree with John. I have had a horrible experience with this guy and his FAMILY and crew too. Google his name, don't hire him. If you do you'll regret it. And John is correct, he won't honor his warranty. I had my roof replaced in 2014 to hopefully repair a leak that I discovered was still there in 2020. Slow leak but was still under warranty. This guy sd he'd replace the ceiling tiles. Not the leak! Wow!

Thank you for your review. As stated we installed your roof back in 2014. SIX years later we were contacted about a leak within your structure. We immediately came out and looked at the problem and did a water test on the upper section and lower section of the roof. We had no water infiltration until we sprayed the siding. It was determined that the water was not coming from the roof it was coming from the cable line that was attached to the siding and it is not sealed around the siding properly. Not only did we come out, but another company came out as a second opinion (that the homeowner called) and determined the roof was in great shape and was not causing the leak. Now 2 1/2 years later I am getting this review because we are not doing all this free work to fix something we did not cause. Good luck to you in your future projects. Contractor beware!

We had a lot of work done by **** and his team, well, almost done. They never quite finished any projects and left me with a lot of heartache, sleepless nights and a mess to correct. Never finished my 4-week porch project that he started in August (we fired him in January for lack of responsiveness and the fact that he failed to follow the plans). One year of use on our bath remodel at our investment property and the whole bath had to ripped out and redone because it was leaking water under the tile pan. He did not slope things right, seal the rubber membrane right, or tile anything properly. It is a crying shame how bad the work was. Even though I pointed things out to him as we went, he always combatted it with an excuse. Trust me, we have had many experiences with contractors, both good and bad, but **** is by far the most disappointing. He is a very nice guy and talks a very good game, but he will not honor his word and you will be left to pick up the pieces. OH, BTW, don't even ask for refund, his relative is an attorney and he is quick to pull him in. I mean, it's easy when **** is actually operating out of his office. I am a very easy-going, understanding person and I really tried to work with him, but it was a hopeless case.

To start the response on this, I would have to say I have never been so personally attacked in my life. I always make suggestions to my clients, and I am never combative or make excuses. I always work with my clients to make them happy. I dont think it is possible to make **** happy. My crew and I are very professional and have never had a complaint into the BBB quite like this misleading and defamatory statement. We started an exterior front porch project for this client at his personal property and we were moving along quite well. He had asked if we could take on another project on his investment property and expressed that he would like that property to take priority. This was a complete interior and exterior remodel. His complaint on the shower at the investment property is something I was not finished with and was sent a text from **** that he was finishing all the rest of the touch *** inside the investment property which should have included the grout caulking and sealing of the shower. Once we were done with the investment property it was December and the weather had changed. My company does NOT do exterior work in the middle of winter. Not doing outside work in the middle of winter makes complete sense to the normal person. I have a twin brother that I am very close with and , yes, we share an office building. That is just good business sense. This is another defamatory statement and I am at odds as to why it is so bad to share an office with a family member.Oh and BTW this all happened July 2020 to January 2021. I think we were doing well considering we were in the middle of a pandemic and had continuous issue with shutdowns and getting material. When you are trying to complete a project and the client is micromanaging and texting cuss words, telling you that this is not his first rodeo. How can anyone work with a client like this?
