Verbal abuse, belittling and being called a liar is what you get with Hare electric!! I hired them to change the electrical panel and main breaker. They left a big mess and did a half *** job! Left 9 breakers unmarked 5 of them turned on. One was the furnace 10 feet away from the panel all were easily accessible! Also they broke the lock on the meter on the side of the garage. They left the lock on the ground I watched them they looked down at it and then went and got in their truck to leave. I had to get him out of the truck to fix it. Again he did a half *** job. The lock kept falling off from the wind exposing the inside of the meter. I called the supervisor Gary. He said it was the illuminating co. problem. That was a lie. He made me fix it myself!! When he got to my house he started saying his guys said the meter was fine when they left. I told him what happened and he started yelling at me that I was calling his guys a liar! He said he didn't believe me and started yelling at me insinuating I was lying. I asked him to stop yelling at me, he was embarrassing me in front of my neighbor, that just made him get louder. He said I was making him yell at me. I never raised my voice. My neighbor witnessed all of it. I got him to calm down got him in the house out of the driveway. I asked him to mark the circuits he said it was my job to mark the circuits because it would cost too much to have him do it even though the contract states they will mark the circuits. My neighbor came over and asked why the Hare Electrician was yelling at me. My neighbor said he sounded like a Hot Head with Anger Issues and I agree!!! Hot Head Gary offered me $75.00 to have somebody else mark the circuits. But Gary told me it's $180.00 an hour going by Hare Electrics prices. And for an Electrician to come check it out it's minimum of an hour. So why should I have to accept $75!!!! I think me receiving $180.00 is a fair settlementBusiness response

Hare Electric’s goal is to provide the best service possible. However, when your integrity is be challenged, and you are being treated with disrespect the best customer service approach becomes hard to deliver. That being said, we are sorry Mr. ******* had a poor experience but we stand with our companies integrity.Customer response

Hare's response is a total lie. I only wanted what was in the contract. I submitted the contract as proof. I was charged for the circuits to be marked and they were not. Just like my complaint states. Gary admitted after I fixed it that the broken lock was their responsibility. Also my neighbor witnessed the whole thing I did everything I could to stop him from yelling in the driveway. It was embarrassing!!! So they broke the lock on the meter and didn't fix it! And they charged me for marking the circuits and they only did half of them. Then they left a big mess for me to clean up! WHERE'S THE INTEGRITY!!! ALL YOU GET IS A HALF *** JOB!!! I'm a retired United States Marine why would I lie!Regards,

Again, I would like to apologize that Mr. ******* experience was not to his satisfaction. We didn't know about the issue and was already to late to resolve. Once we were informed by Mr. ******* about the issue it is apparent that we tried to provide solutions and rectify.Customer response

It's not too late the 30 amp circuit that is turned on is still unmarked and it costs $180 an hour to have an electrician to come out. That is why I asked for $180.00 to settle this. This is more than reasonable since I had to spend my time locating and marking the other circuits that I paid Hare Electric to locate and mark.
