I stayed at the motel with my grandma boyfriend and our son . Bedbugs bites all over us by the 3rd night we were itching tremendously the staff were very this wouldn’t refund me kept saying they were spider bites .Business response

The lady came up with no bites on her. We thoroughly checked the room no signs of any type of bug anywhere in the room. Upon them leaving they threw all the bedding in the shower and turned it on and soaked the bathroom. We assume they were trying to flood it. They urinated on one of the beds and inside the refrigerator as well. We will not be offering any type of refund on this.Initial Complaint

2/11/2023 booked this motel through priceline. This place is a fleabag filthy dump. Did not stay left immediately. Health department needs to investigate this place.Business response

They only stayed about 45 min. They ate lunch and smoked marijuana in the room. She came back down and said this place is not her kind of place. Never mentioned of room being dirty. Due to the smoking, eating, and trash in room we wont be refunding.

2 similar issues with The Wolf & *********** The First one was on August 2022 this one was resolve. 2nd situation Today I did book a room for the Wolf Inn @ **** ***** ** ******** ****. I did pay the room rate $35:00 on *********** where they send me an email with confirmation booking number and pin number for tonight. I call several times (5 times) with the same Representative where she was not able to find my booking information. Beside that on all call while I was explaining the situation about my booking she was focus on talking and laughing with some one at her location having fun, in the mean time in all calls she never provide any options at all. Her answers was all the time I do not see your name in the system I mentioned her that I do have the receipt with booking confirmation number and the pin was send it by *********** . I do understand *********** also have and The Wolf have to get it together for the benefit of their clients. So is like neither this company care about their clients Similar situations happen to others co workers with no other options or apologize s not even an ethical professional behavior over their phone this is not a playground this supposed to be a business to provide good quality services to clients and provide other options. I am looking to resolve this issue by return my money with extra compensation and apologies . It's happen twice this year and also to others co worker.Business response

We booked into the Wolf Inn on Milan Rd in Sandusky Ohio on 8/10/2022, confirmation # **********, and checked out on 08/11/2022. The room was supposed to be smoke free but upon entering the entire room smelled like cigarette smoke. Although the room was filthy and the beds were dirty and stained, it was late and we were aware of the refund policy so we made due. The woman at the front desk, was so wonderfully nice that we didn't want to complain and made the most of our trip. After checking out of the hotel and heading home, we realized 2 hours into our trip that my husband forgot his very expensive medical pillow. We called the front desk of Wolf inn and they assured us they had the pillow and we could come get it or call when we got home to figure out what to do. The next day I contacted Wolf Inn and the manager, Brandi, agreed to ship the pillow back to me if I provided the shipping label. I set up a scheduled time with Wolf Inn and UPS for the pillow to be picked up. I paid $36 for the shipping label and insurance on our $250 medical pillow. Upon receiving the pillow, it was the wrong pillow. Our pillow is a distinct pillow with green trim and weighs 5 lbs. It can not be confused with an ordinary pillow. I immediately contacted the Wolf inn to verify they still had the pillow and if it can be shipped back. The manager is never in when I call and has not returned my phone call in over 1 week.Business response

Business apologized, she was out of the office due to a medical condition. She stated she has the pillow and will send it out today. If not today, she will get it out by UPS tomorrow.
