I had took food back that was made after eating at the restaurant. A friend and myself spoke with management and she stated she would issue a refund. We were also provided a number for the owner to complain about the disrespect my friend had encountered when returning the food. I had called the number in front of the employees and it was a non working number that they had provided. They then again gave me a number and told me the owner was in a meeting. After leaving the establishment I had seen I was charged again for the same order with a tip added.Business response

Thank you for contacting us. We appreciate your help and apologize for the delayed response. After researching the guests complaint we discovered teh guest actually has a number of charges from that night. The majority of the charges were for beverage/alcohol and one guest check included some food items for take out. As with any purchase we typically ask for our customers to approve or disapprove of their items upon receipt of shortly after. Ms. ****** came back the following day. However at that time we agreed to credit her for the food items purchased but she would need to contact our offices to do so since it was a credit from the prior day. Unfortunately we had not heard from Ms. ****** till receipt of your letter. As you will see from the attached invoices a credit was issued for all the food items purchased.
Thank you again for your assistance is helping us to resolve this issue. It is our constant endeavor to provide the type service and guests experience that is deserving of our guest repeat patronage. We credit our success at this location for over 39 years to serving great food at reasonable prices and delivering the type of guest experience that is deserving of the repat business of our customers for over 3 decades.
