      Purchased beard dye from ********* ******* ***** Associated with THE PURAZON CO. order # *****, on April 12, 2024. I tried emailing their support twice, asking them what is the status of my delivery. In both cases did not receive a response.

      On Feb. 4, 2024 I purchased two containers of beard dye from Purazon. Order #*****. As of April 16, 2024 nothing has been delivered and all contact with Purazon has been fruitless. They refuse to respond.

      Order was places 6 weeks ago. Acknowledgement came and money was debited. No order has arrived and the 4 emails to their support team have been unanswered. The company contact page off website gives an error message. Feels very likely that the company is fraudulent.

      Bought a tub of there product on Jan 14 2024 . Have emailed several times seeking a update on this order , never receiving a reply . Even texted there number with same result . Website still states awaiting processing . It is now Feb 11 2024 . Would like to receive this product or receive a refund . Business shouldn't be allowed to take your money without providing an advertised product .

      I've emailed the seller 4 times and never heard back. I even found a number to call on this site that had complaints this company not fulfilling orders and replying back to customer complaints. I called the number and it rang several times and then stopped. I don't think they have customer service at all. This also to me last year, and I gave them a second chance. They were sending the product all year up until this order on 10/31. I really love their product, by having them take my money and then suddenly stop sending it is tiresome.       I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 

      So the product finally arrived at my house (11/18).
      Not sure why it was late but I was worried that what happened a year ago was happening again.

      On Sept 2021 I placed an order .Was Debited from bank but order never received . Sent Email ,they never responded . On Dec 2022 place another order also debited from my bank but again never received order. Also sent Email ,no response.

      Several weeks ago I re-ordered two containers of product from Purazon. I am a long time customer and therefore had no previous problems. However the usual shipping time frame has come and gone and despite my attempts to contact Purazon on both their email and telephone contact address and number they have not responded. I forwarded pre-payment via credit card as this is the required procedure. To date I have not received any product or contact from Purazon representatives. My payment was $44.90, my order number was #*****. I am wondering if they are in fact still an operating concern. I would appreciate either the product that I ordered or my money returned. thank you

      I purchased beards dye products from this company on AUGUST 7 2022.I still haven’t received it. ILODGE a complaint several times via email I was told they didn’t have a customer service number They debt my checking account for 79.00 dollars. IWOULD LIKE THE PRODUCT OSR RETURN MY MONEY
