Appointment was scheduled From ****. I received an email the night before saying they may be done early enough to start at 10. The day is The appointment I received 3 calls while I was in the showers. I called them back at 9:38 am. They were in my driveway. They said they Had to charge me for the 9 o'clock hour because that is when the clock started. The Young men were friendly. But when they were putting my king size bed together my mlm and I heard a huge boom. We went back downstairs that gentleman brought a curb s**** inside your bed is broke I'm sorry he said it's my fault I didn't realize it before I let the mattress and box springs go down. Come to find out my both sides of my oak bed were damaged a complete hole was busted on one side He said don't worry I let my manager know we will be calling you tomorrow. So he can stop by I also then noticed a 2 yard streak across the top of my couch where they had let some thing snag the fabric off. ******, We are sorry there was damage on your move and we were unable to fix your bed the day it happened. We try our best to prevent damage and do a very good job of it, but it does happen and we are sorry it happened on your move. A few days after your move we tried to make arrangements to fix your bed and you had no interest in a solution. We were able to come to a compensation agreement that we feel is very fair. Well I think your customer service was horrible. Due to the fact that when you called me 3 days after the damage to both my king size bed (which is in pieces and unusable) and also damage to my 3 piece sectional , word for word you said since I gave you a one star review there wasn't much that you thought you had to do for me.And you weren't budging. So even though I'm getting reimbursed the $600 for the $435 move you quoted me, I still have my box springs and mattress on the floor and a broken bed king size bed laying in pieces in my new apartment and I still also have damage to my sectional. I don't think I came out on top.
