I was informed by the Refresh Dental Office located at 7043 Pearl Road, Middleburg Heights, OH 44130 that my insurance was unable to provide an accurate copay amount at the time of my appointment and therefore in order to have my dental services completed and appointment scheduled I would need to pay $6,000 to have on file. I provided the Refresh Dental Office Billing Specialist with my debit card and made the $6,000 payment. Upon the dental office actually submitting my claims to my dental insurance they were issued a payment by dental insurance totaling approximately $2,666.74 which resulted in only a $2,666.72 patient responsibility. The dental office was contacted over eight times in the past year and a half and I am being informed upon each call that the Office Manager Rosalee is either not in the office or will take a look into it and call back. To date - this has not occurred. I have never spoken to Rosalee personally on the phone and my customer account reflects a credit balance on my patient account. Moreover, due to the poor office management and billing process they are now saying I only have a credit of (conflicting amounts) approximately $1500-$1800. I am looking to be reimbursed for the amount originally given over prior to services being rendered as they inaccurately documented my insurance and gave a false estimate of expenses/coverage expected. They can proceed with sending me a bill for all services rendered with appropriate due date time frames.Initial Complaint

I paid my portion ($463.24) to get a partial that consist of 2 false teeth. I completed my first appointment. And made a second appointment to get fitted for the partial. They kept canceling the appointment because they said they don't have a dentist. Now they won't answer calls and the office is "closed until further notice" per the sign on the door. I just want my money back because I never received my partial and I paid for it. And I'm sure they charged my dental insurance as well.
