I had a speaker and amplifier installed in my brand new car. After being told to rest assured they work on brand new cars all the time they damaged my car. It took 5 days to talk to the manager who hung up on me. It took 20 days to talk to the owner who then failed to call me when he said for 3 following days and then thinks he gets to tell me where MY car gets repaired! They did thousands of dollars worth of damage that I now have to turn in to my insurance company! 24 days after the date of the incident! In the state of **** not even an insurance company can tell you where you get your car repaired in fact it's illegal for them to tell you where to go. But Carl thinks that's the only way he is going to pay for it for it to be repaired at his choice of shop! I was willing to overlook a ton of the damage if he wouldn't have made me call my insurance company but now it all has to be fixed because now I have a carfax report on my brand new car!
