I hired JK ****** October 2021 to install a new AC unit for a house without AC. He installed it and tested it in November. It seemed to work at that time. I paid him. It wasn't used again until May 2022 during a very hot day. I turned it on and it seemed to work. Again the weather cooled and it wasn't needed for a couple weeks. When the temperature got into the 90's and above, I turned it on and nothing! It sounded like it was trying to work but no cool air came. I am 86 yrs old and home bound so I cannot just go somewhere cooler. After several calls, Justin came, looked at it and said these 2.5 ton units are known to have condenser problems and it is under warranty but I have to come back and remove the condenser for the warranty. I was ok with that. But he never returned and IS NOT responding to my phone calls, voice messages. I have left multiple messages, as has my daughter. He is not responding to anything. I also called his son ******* ****** who installed a gas wall heater for me. He said he would reach out to his dad about it. Still no results! Please help. I want him to remove this unit and refund my money so I can find someone to install a unit that will work. I have copies of my checks for pymt. He did not give me a receipt.
