I ordered 3 sets of custom valances from CurtainsbyChandra via FacebookMarketplace listings on 12/21/22. She and I had great communication via Facebook Messanger prior to my payment as we made an agreement for me to purchase the curtains and the amount--we communicated for 3 days about the custom order. I paid her $90 using VENMO app for the 3 custom made valances on 12/21/22 and she confirmed she received it. . She did not mail the curtains when she said she would. I have still not received them 11 days later. Her communication after accepting my payment was minimal (1 time). Then she blocked me completely. After my request for tracking on the package and inquiry of when it was mailed--I noticed I was now blocked. I searched for her other listings--and now I see she has created a new profile with a new name on Facebook Marketplace. She is using the same photographs on the new listings.
