I ordered a topper for my stove on August 22, 2023 and charged it to my credit card, (credit card statement attached) was notified by email that my order had been received (email attached). On September 22, 2023 I received another email stating the order was out for delivery, (email attached) and as of October 2nd. the delivery has never arrived. I have sent them two emails, I also sent notification on their website chat session as well as leaving them message on the phone, as no one ever answers their phone, all stating I never received what I paid for and requested assistance in getting my package. I have received absolutely no correspondence in any forms from this company and have been totally ignored by them. I'm 77 years old and have run out of options trying to get what I paid for.Customer response

Regarding my complaint ********, although I was notified on September 21 my package was delivered, which obviously never happened, to my surprise today, October 10 the package actually was delivered. Thank you for being there when we as consumers have issues, but thankfully you can close out this complaint.
