On 5/3 I purchased a 2017 Ford Escape Titanium. It was delivered to me in ******** from **** the following day and finance called me for my down payment. When I first drove it later in the day, there was a clunk in the front end and a vibration from the back. On 5/6 I noticed there were issues with paint peeling around my windshield. I notified my salesman about the issues. On 5/10 my salesman explained that they were going to fix my paint and take a look at the front end. I texted him later that afternoon to see if they could look at the vibration as well, and received no response. 5/19 a service loaner was brought to me. A week later, I was told my car was being sent to the paint shop and that they had fixed my control arm, which was causing the noise in the front end. On 6/8, I reached out and my salesman told me that my car was all finished and they would figure out a time to bring it down. 6/14 came and I was told that my car was not finished and that it hadn’t been painted yet due to an issue with my key not working correctly and they were unable to start the car. It was towed to a Ford dealership in **** to have the key reprogrammed, along with 2 additional keys. On 6/16, my temporary plates expired. June 21st the car was dropped off to me and I noticed that the paint still had cracking in it around the windshield and there was a primer over-spray all over the driver side so I told my salesman and he said he would talk to his boss. I never heard back. On 6/27 I took my car to get the tires balanced (since there was still a vibration in the back) and I was told that the whole bottom of my car was rusted from salt water, possibly from a hurricane.I was not told about the severe rust damage to the bottom of the car. I emailed the store manager on 6/27 and the president on 6/28 and received no response from either.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I wanted to make sure that I will also be getting my down payment of $2500 refunded as well?
