      I saw a price for a vehicle here, and honestly, it was a great price. It was "dealer adjusted" AKA marked down. I called for a quote to get a price out the door. I live a ways away, so I think its reasonable to ask for a quote before I drive on down.The first salesperson I talked to told me almost immediately that this price did NOT include 2 dealer add-ons that were NOT listed in the vehicle information online. While it was brought up quickly, I still believe this is a dishonest practice - especially since there is even a section on their inventory website to detail any dealer add-ons, which did not list these. These add-ons nearly cut the price adjustment in half.When a second salesperson called, I explained I could not afford the vehicle at this new price, and that these add-ons should be negotiable as there were not already included in he vehicle. I was told for the second time that they were non-negotiable - so, I concluded the phone call by saying I cannot afford this vehicle now and I had to walk away.Days later, I was called by the second salesperson again, who asked if I was still thinking about the vehicle. I said no, because they were clear the price and the add-ons were not changing. They then told me they'd ask their team again what they could do.They called me back soon, and told me the following: not only were the add-ons still non-negotiable, but ALSO their dealership pricing software had recently raised the price of the vehicle by $3,000 due to supply issues from the hurricane. The original adjustment, via this and the add-ons, was now almost completely erased. They then still tried to tell me that, technically, it was below MSRP and a great deal.I cannot imagine how any of these practices are conscionable - I have never heard in my life of a dealer price gouging due to a hurricane, and trying to sell it to me as a positive, nonetheless the non-negotiables. I am flabbergasted by the experience and I urge others to shop elsewhere

      I have brought my truck into this dealership on multiple occasions relatively for the same issue. The last two visits I’ve had interactions with the service personal has been not pleasant. I am basically being told I am not making sense and this is a new issue. I brought my truck in three months ago for a leak and this auto department stated that I had a leak on the oil filter. Three months later my truck is 5 quarts low on oil after their oil change had white smoke out of my exhaust. The service department is saying this is a new problem even though I brought it back in December for the same issue. Back in December my truck was under warranty and now it is not. The service manager wants to give me back my truck, basically an in operable vehicle while we wait for GM to assign me a case manager to work on my case. I have never been treated so poorly when it is very evident the issue was never resolved in December.

      Before purchasing, I had a written offer, and the day I came in, the offer was $1000 more than what was initially provided. After correcting their first “error” on their paperwork, they hid another $1000 in my contract, which had to be changed twice before signed. The purchased car was supposed to be delivered at my convenience, but it was dropped off without a phone call, left in my driveway with the keys in the car, ignition on, while I was at work. To add insult to injury, the car had an extra 3808 miles on it from when I purchased it and signed the contract just three days prior. Ron Marhofer Chevy’s explanation was that their drivers are 80-90 years old, so that is why the purchased car was left on and in my driveway. For the extra miles, I was told the car was a delivery vehicle. When I went in, they showed me one paper that “apparently” was filed by the salesman the day of with my contract, showing the higher mileage. This piece of paper did not bear my signature or anyone else's from the store, yet every other document had my signature with the lesser mileage. RMC offered me a mere $500 to make up the difference for their mistake. I chose to return the car that day. However, despite being promised a refund check upon return, the process turned into a nightmare. Initially told I could pick up the check the following day, I was later informed that I needed proof from my bank that the check had cleared my account. Despite providing this proof, I was then told that their policy had suddenly changed, and they would mail me a check in 10 days. Even after showing that the check had been deposited and cleared after I had returned the vehicle, Ron Marhofer Chevy insisted on further delays, claiming all checks needed to be signed by a MARHOFER, who conveniently happened to be “hours away.” Upon returning to collect my refund, I was met with indifference and a lack of accountability. The only apology I received was a dismissive "I’m sorry you feel that way."

      This organization is passionate about helping their community and its people, and it shows. I am so pleased with my new lease. Everyone I came into contact with at this dealership was pleasant. They answered all my questions and made me feel like I was in control of my choices as I was never pressured. *********** was so kind and patient. And finance explained everything about my warranties and what to expect during my lease. This is my first brand new car so I was not sure what to expect heading into my process but I give this experience a 10/10 because I left feeling taken care of, appreciated for my buisness, and confident with my purchase.
