Repair damaged fence and complete work as stated in email below:From: ***************************** <*********************************> Sent: Monday, October 17, 2022 3:20 PM To: ******************* <************************>; ********************** <*************************>Subject: [EXT] RE: ********* Project Hi ****, Spoke with **** on the game plan for you guys. **** has parts ordered to repair the fence & will let us know what his repair schedule looks like once they come in. Additionally, I will have Dakoda stop out sometime this week or next to Xylene the firepit & add acid stain. He will also knock off some of the high spots on the patio. The consumer has since been contacted regarding this matter & it has been resolved.
The schedule of the fencing contractor was not at any point under our control as stated to the customer in prior correspondence. A follow-up to this contractor was provided solely as a courtesy to the Customer. To add, a substantial retainage was held for these repairs in good faith, so the project has yet to be paid in full. We did not receive any further correspondence to confirm our own repair schedule, so a crew was not arranged for service at that time. Under the signed Contract, each repair is outside of our responsibility matrix; however, we came to a resolution in the spirit of keeping a good relationship. Given the current climate in **************, we will repair the items (outside of our Warranty Policy) at our discretion/when the weather becomes more favorable as an additional courtesy.

I am rejecting this response because:
They have yet to do anything other than send another email promising to do something. They have consistently not followed through in the past. In addition, there attempt to blame us for their not following through is a clear misrepresentation of the correspondence they have sent.
