Bought a new rv unit from this facility and was told they did a walk through to make sure everything was in working order. Upon arrival, the awning was not closing properly and after 3 hours of them trying to fix it, they finally resolved to file a claim with forrest river to have a new one ordered. Once we took possession of the unit, we also found that the holding tank leaks, the slide cover does not roll up properly, and the hauler door does not close properly. The original complaint was made on September 2, 2022. A phone call was made 9/23/2022 to find the status of the repairs to be made, only to find they never pulled the pictures off the camera to file the warranty work with forrest river, claiming there was an issue. There was never any attempt by the dealership to reach out and say there was a problem, that was 3 weeks now. In addition, after talking the the service representative today, there was never a notation made of any of the other issues with the trailer.

I apologize for the delayed response.  I was out of town on business when this notice came.  After speaking with our service department all warranty concerns have been repaired with exception of the awning.  The manufacture has approved a new awning and it is currently on order.  The new awning will be installed as soon as it arrives.  All Seasons RV has winterized the customer's travel trailer as good will.

On four occasions i hauled my camper to all seasons rv for warranty work, on four occasions they assured me they had the parts to fix it and three of those occasions they in fact did not have the correct parts and I hauled my camper to them at the expense and over four hour round trip to me. The fourth time they actually did have the correct parts and did complete the repair. While completing the repair they put a hole in the wall while fixing it and did not repair it. I was also promised they would winterize, clean, and give us $200 in store merchandise for our expense and troubles. While they did winterize it they did not clean it and we didnt receive any merchandise. Many attempts have been made to contact them and correct this with no luck.

************ contacted All Seasons RV to do warranty work on his camper (her did not purchase his camper here).  The first appointment was to diagnosis the issues so parts could be ordered.  It was determined there was a bad gear in the bed lift mechanism.  As this was most like caused by a bigger issue our warranty department sent in a pre-authorization to replace the entire lift mechanism.  The pre-authorization was denied and we were authorized to replace just the bad gear.  The part was ordered and when it was received *********** was contacted to schedule the repair.  When the technician went to replace the gear it was discovered that the manufacture sent the wrong gear and the gear had to be reordered.  Unfortunately the second gear was also incorrect.  *********** being frustrated (as well as our people) called the Manufacture who then agreed to replace the entire lift mechanism (which they had originally denied to us).  The mechanism was finally replaced and ************ inspected the work when he picked it up.  He did not mention any damage at that time.  Receiving wrong parts is frustrating for our employees and is no fault of theirs.  *********** accused our employees for the incorrect parts and also accused them of lying about the pre-authorization.  All Seasons did winterize his camper at no charge.  All Seasons RV does not clean interiors of customers units so this was not a service that would have been offered.  Our Service Manager did offer Accessory store credit but *********** wanted service credit which we can not do because we have to pay our technicians for their labor time.  All Seasons RV suggests *********** should return to his selling dealer for any future warranty repairs.

I am rejecting this response because:

This is more lies from this company ! I worked with this company with more patience than most people would be dealing with lies. I never asked them to clean the inside of my camper, they said they would clean the outside and inspect the roof which did not happen! The only reason my camper finally got fixed was because i got in touch with the manufacturer on several occasions and the manufacturer spokesperson told me that all seasons was instructed to replace the whole bed system but instead they ordered the wrong parts 3 times! At that time I confronted them for lying to me because they said they couldnt replace the whole system when the manufacturer was telling them to. At that time I offered to be on a conference call between all seasons and forest river to infact see who was lying! All seasons would not agree to that. So when they finally conceded and realized what everyone had told them numerous times that the whole bed system had to be replaced! As far as the damage done to my camper while it was at their facility they said i never mentioned, well theres another lie I pointed it out that they damaged the paneling in the garage area to the service guy that brought my keys out. His response was they could slap some paint on it! Well we all know that wasnt going to fix it correctly. It may seem ***** to some but not to me, this is a brand new camper that we worked hard to get and it ***** when people dont respect it. We were promised many things that did not happen, we were lied to many times, spent  hundreds of dollars on fuel to take the camper over two hours away four times because of them ordering wrong parts when the manufacturer was telling them to replace the whole system
