We purchased a unit in may of 2024 that was advertised incorrectly and after they were informed of the mistake they immediately corrected advertising of the other units on their lot. Person in charge seemed inconvenienced of my call to see how the situation would be resolved, he even hung up on me! 4 months later and several emails he states they are still waiting on parts? They claim to be a family owned business but after speaking with a family member I havent heard anything and I highly doubt I will, do not do business with this rv dealer!Review from James M

Review of All Seasons Rv in *********** **** This business really needs a zero review or a minus ten. One is way more than they deserve. In October of 2023 we purchased a brand new camper from All Seasons Rv in *********** ****. We live about 300 miles away but they were the nearest dealer we could find who had the particular make and model we were looking for. The purchase was difficult at best. We had to call multiple times to arrange for pick up. We explained that with the distance involved we wanted to pick it up early in the day so we could get started on our trip back home. We drove there the day before and stayed at a motel so we could get an early morning start for the trip back home. We arrived at the dealership about 9:30 in the morning, paid cash and then were told that the camper was not ready to go. We had to wait until nearly noon before they would let us hook up and drive off the lot. After getting the camper home we discovered that they apparently never checked the tires, they were 20 pounds under inflated. There was a light fixture that didn't work and a small part missing in the kitchen. In November of 2023 and again in December of 2023, we emailed All Seasons about the light and the missing piece. They never responded. In early January of 2024 we called and talked to someone who said they would look into it. A couple weeks later and no response so we called again. Again we were told that they would look into it and get back to us. Its now been several months and All Seasons has never once contacted us or made any effort to offer assistance. At one point we contacted the better business bureau and even then we got no response from All Seasons. Once they get your money they are absolutely done with you. We finally contacted the manufacturer directly and they immediately sent a new light and the missing piece. *************************************************** Box 544 ***********. *****Review from Sadie F

At first, I thought this was going to be a great place to work with, but in the end I would not recommend this business to anyone. I caught *********** in countless lies and instead of making right on his word, he blamed me or just stated there was nothing he could do about it. He told me that the sale price for my trailer wasnt negotiable but that service and labor would be able to negotiate deals with me. The deals I received was nothing extra for purchasing it through them. It was because I was a ******** customer and a nurse so they had to give me those discounts. I was also told that my trailer came with a generator. It did not and when confronted about it he simply said there was nothing he could do about it. The wrong fifth wheel hitch for my truck was ordered, and I was blamed because they said I misinformed them. Prior to ordering, I told them I was unsure on my truck bed size but the truck was out in the parking lot so they could look at it. They chose not to. The manager was no help in trying to resolve the problem. I tried to explain the situation to him, he cut me off and stated were not going to play he said she said. *********** also told me that **** would mail be my plate. Another lie. Their shop sent me the paperwork for registration but now I have to go to the *** and register the trailer. I tried to contact them about this and no one would get back to me or once again take responsibility for their error. Dont get excited about the certificate that comes with a purchase of a new trailer either. The $25 certificate was a slap in the face after just spending $65,000+. The ** show at the ********* was going on, and it seemed everyones attention was focused on that. The person who did our walk through was very knowledgeable about campers but did not know much about ours because he did not prep it. The person who prepped it was at the ********* prepping for the show. Overall poor communication and lack of customer service skills.Review from S. B.

If I could give your service department a zero star I would do so. We brought our 26ft travel trailer in for a new TPO roof estimate in hopes of having it replaced. The charges for labor were astronomical$165/hour and overall the cost was more than we paid for our camper last year. No where EVER did we see documents that stated if we did not allow your business to complete the work there would be a charge for an estimate. Especially a charge for 1.5 man hours to assess the roof to the sum of $250. When talking to ***** your service fella he could not answer questions about this roof cost and what findings of any inspection was done that warranted the replacement costs. We were very unfairly charged this $250 estimate fee and our camper was held hostage by your company unless we paid the fee. You were lucky I wasnt along when my husband came to pick it up as I would have called the police and reported you for theft. We request that we be refunded the $250. We had full intentions of having your store replace our roof but not for an exorbitant fee of over $7200. We could buy another used camper for that price. Your company is robbing people blind if they are paying these labor costs of $165/hr. We will be contacting the BBB concerning this matter. The people working your service department have very little knowledge and cannot seem to answer common questions. The lady at the desk who was seeking payment said at 3:30 today the main manager was already gone for the weekend, she had no idea what the inspector did for 1.5 hrs. (@$166/hr) to decide on an estimate and pay the money or youre not getting your camper. All Seasons RV Response

*********************** signed the repair order on 4/19/23 when he dropped off authorizing the estimate to be done. The amount he signed for after tax was $270.51 which is exactly what was charged. All Seasons posted labor rate is $159. per hour which is below the nationwide average for RV Dealers. The labor time for an estimate is for the technician to inspect the roof components, take pictures, and make a list of parts needed so the service advisor can complete the repair estimate. This was what was done for the $270.51.Customer Response

So I have the documents to show that **** NEVER signed a repair order especially for an estimate at $159/hour. What he did sign was his credit card signature when he swiped it to pay your estimate fee, I also have the estimate which includes labor costs as I previously mentioned rated at $165/ hour that your service man *********************** emailed. Therefore, your statement regarding having below national average $159/hr labor rates is in fact false. I would like to see what you stated you have as far as a signed doc for said repair estimate prior to inspecting the trailer. Your company has sneaky tactics, and I again will defend my statements as previously mentioned and will warn others to avoid your service department. Even when **** picked up the trailer and the repair order copy was given to him there is no signature as you stated. Would you care to share the drop photos and signed document you said you have? If there was a way to attach these documents that I have on this reply I certainly would. I would feel a lot better about this whole situation if there was a written report of the roof, copies of the pictures you supposedly took and the findings of said inspection to at least feel like I got SOMETHING for my $270.51.All Seasons RV Response

I will be happy to email you a copy of the signed repair order (I am not able to upload it on this site). If you look at the estimate ***** sent the $165.00 is under MISC which is the shop supply charge (sealants, fasteners, gaskets etc.) If you divide the labor charge by 40 you will see that it is at the stated $159. per hour rate.Review from Josh W

Got the the point where I was ready to make a purchase and given the amount to put down. Waiting for a call and then get a text that they want an extra non refundable $1000. Stated they had issues with people deciding not to buy so they punish me for it. Talk to manager ***: and he said it was his deal or none at all. Will not buy from here
