we rented a 15 passenger van. We were told only a credit card would work for deposit.. which was fine. The employee continued to do the transaction swiped my husbands card. It went through on the credit card side but enterprises computer went down. As soon as it was back up she said she had to do it over. Well the next swipe was denied. Called bank and credit card and was told transaction went through on their end. The employee continued to tell us there was nothing she could do. Because of their fault.,, no fault of ours…So we had our grandma come out and rent the car for us but we had to pay an additional $300 for my husband and I to be a driver. So not only was this van $1,330 to rent! We had an additional $300 we had to pay. We asked if we could please get at least that part refunded for all the hassle we had mind you we were in the office from 8:45 am until 1 pm!!!!! They said nope… nothing we can do.. sorry.. just very frustrating and annoying and honestly makes me to not want to rent another vehicle from them ever!!!!!!

all the times i've rented cars from enterpise in dunlap, Indiana 46517. This is the first time i'm not happy for how things have been handled. I was supposed to pick a car up at 2pm on 9\13\22 but was not notified until about noon 9\13\22 that i wasnt able to pick up the car due to the car hadnt been returned. The guy (****) lead that i would be able to pick up a vehicle around 5:30pm because it was to be there. To make this a short verison i arrived at 5:30pm (9\13\22) and no vehicle YET there was another vehicle they substitue but due issues and Ryan + the other lady (with kid) they didnt want to the take the time when the issue arrose in fact he said come back tomorrow (9\14\22). Here it is 9\14\22 still no vehicle and YET i was to pick it up at 9am today (9\14\22). It's bad that regional manager has to get invovled now to find out why things arent getting done. The reason i go to enteprise is the prices are more in my rage dates are flexable and they offer an insurance for extra protection on the vehicles. Its sad that this one bad time may cause them to loose bussiness due to the people working there cant keep the customers been informed or offer a better solution nor keep better track of the vehicles so that ALL customers are kepted wanting to come back. The empolyees should keep there word
