      ****** ******* of Sylvania Handyman requested that we pay half the funds for our bathroom remodeling to order the materials and then he would collect the other half upon completion. The day he was to start 8/2, he made up excuses why he couldn't be there. I later went to Lowes to see if he even ordered the materials. He did order the materials on July 21 and then had the money refunded back to him several days later. When confronted with this information via text he stated that it was an error and that he would get our money back to us. After many requests via text, he has not responded or communicated how he would repay us our money. We will be filing a civil suit and filing a police report. This is an ongoing problem with other families and it needs to stop. He shouldn't be allowed to keep doing this with no consequences.

      ****** ******* (owner), signed a contract stating he would do home remodeling on July 18th, 2023 to my home. However, he has not responded to any messages or done any work for my home. It is now August 30th and he has not returned any call or started any work.

      Consumer says she gave handyman $3,750.00 on April 3rd 2023 for a down payment on a deck to be built. Says he wanted 1/2 down and 1/2 when job was completed. Handyman explained that materials would be in on April 27th and he would get started on April 28th. No show. Consumer has called several times to see when he would get started and the voicemail is full. Handyman has not reached out at all! Consumer just wants her money back.

      He said he would have to wood delivered to my home and it never was. I called Lowes and they said the wood was delivered some where else. I want my money back.
