This business completed a bathroom remodel and it was later discovered that the back wall of the shower was not secured to the wall. The owner did come out to assess and did report that he would fix the wall. He has now blocked me from his business page and will not respond. This is a safety issue as this was supposed to be a remodel to make the shower handicap accessible. The handle that is needed for the back shower wall is not secured. A written proposal was requested to finish the job and he stated he completed and never did.Business response

On November 10th 2023 I paid over $600 to fix a small area on my roof that was leaking into the house. Under Pressure LLC supposedly worked on it and fixed it. However, on the next rain shower, the roof was still leaking into the house. I’ve tried to contact them by making phone calls, text msgs and Facebook messenger, but I have not gotten anywhere. Never heard from them after they knew what I’m calling about. I have pictures of the roof and the ceiling and the conversation with the Point of contact for this business. The problem still has not been resolved and I lost my money pretty much by hiring them.Business response

We were hired to do the shingles. He had a leak that he called about 4 months later to fix we came out to fix it. He called back again sometime in November and said it was still leaking. I believe there to be further issues then just the roof.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: they were aware of the leak before they start working on the roof and that’s why I hired them! I showed them the leak signs inside the house and offered to show them the attic as well. They understood exactly what I wanted them to fix, simply a leaky roof. They gave me a quote, and I paid once the job “got done”. Then, next time we had rain, the roof started leaking again into the ceiling in the same exact spot it leaked through before they “fix it”. Long story short, they got paid and never fixed the problem I paid them to fix. When I tried to contact them to look at the roof “they supposedly fixed” they pretty much brushed me off and never showed up. I paid them to stop the leak, they said they know how to fix it, they got paid, the roof still leaking. I wish I seen the previous reviews and complaints about this “company” on BBB before I hire them.

Issues with roof were addressed, areas shingles were missing that got replaced, caulked in all flashing, went through entire roof for lifted shingles and addressed any that were found. Has to be issues with soffit fascia or gutters. We fixed any possible roof issues unless it is roof wear issues and would need a new roof. Job was completed in November and Homeowner reached out in March. If that issue was never fixed why would there not be a text or call prior to march?Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: the leak is coming from the top of the roof not the sides, not the soffit not the facia. These people don’t know what they’re talking about. I put tarp on the roof and it stopped leaking, this means the problem is in the roof itself not the soffit or facia. I contacted them in February not March!! And the reason why is because we didn’t have a soaking rain between mid November until I contacted them in February. I contacted them as soon as the tenant notified me of the leak. This business has low moral, they just wanna collect money regardless of the results, which in my case they DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM THEY GOT PAID TO FIX. Again, this business is definitely the worse by far. I can supply more evidences to prove that they never fixed the issue, also I will provide to court the videos from my surveillance cam, these videos show the time spent and supplies provided to the job site. Their point of contact kept and still argue instead of fixing the issue, I’m definitely going to escalate.
