My dog died on Wed. September 14,2020.I paid over $200.00 to have him cremated. They told me I could pick up the ashes on Monday Sept.19. When I called they said not till Tuesday Sept. 20. Next they said I could pick them up sept.22..They refuse to give me the ashes. I am tirede of the excuses, I WANT THE ASHES i PAYED FOR!!!!!!!!!Business response

In regards to this complaint – Mr **** walked into our office 9/14 with his sick dog. The pet ended up dying during the intake process and CPR and emergency treatment took place. Mr **** did pay for cremation services and he was told on 9/14 – that the company we use would not have his pet’s ashes back until the earliest 9/20. (Not Monday 9/16- Our service only picks up and srops off on Tues/Friday – so he was never told Monday) We told Mr. **** we would call him once the ashes were returned. He showed up Monday without calling or getting a call from the office upset that his pets ashes were not back yet – we explained again to him that we would call him when they arrived. He is an elderly man that had to arrange rides back and forth so this was causing him stress – we explained once again that he needed to wait for us to call and that we would hold them until he could get a ride to pick up. Mr **** has since gotten his pets ashes – I believe this complaint was during the time in which he was upset and not understanding.
