In Dec of 2022 I went to Good feet store. I went thru the entire fitting before I was told the price ($1350 before taxes). It was expensive but the hope that it would help me. I followed all the directions of how to wear the 3 different lifts correctly. The first week provided a little relief but the weeks following this I had some pain. I stopped wearing two of the lifts bc of the pain. At the beginning of Feb I contacted corporate to find out how to return and get a refund. It was then that I found out the company does not issue refunds! I believe that is something they should share with customers up front bc $1350 is a lot of money. Corp keeps emailing me to get refitted but I don't wish to be refitted I want my money back.Business response

Good afternoon ********,
I have attached documentation in response to customer; **** ****** ID#********. **** ****** filed a BBB complaint after submitting an online submission to our Good Feet Worldwide customer service center who recommended she went back to the store of purchase to get an adjustment. **** filed the complaint on February 13th, and then decided to actually come into our store on February 15th. On February 15th was the first time we were made aware that **** was requesting a full refund. The receipt I have attached shows what prints at the bottom of all receipts and what was disclosed to **** at time of purchase in December regarding refund policy. However, we refunded **** in full on February 15th as we value customer satisfaction and want our products to provide relief for the clients who use them. We believe this case is fully resolved as **** received her refund in full through her payment method of Care Credit. The receipt from both our POS system as well as the Care Credit System are attached as documentation of the proof of her refund in full.
