December 22nd, 2022 I sent the money for the speaker kit. December 27th, 2022 they texted me and said they picked up the kit from the distributor that they ordered it from. After that it’s been excuse after excuse about why they couldn’t hook my speakers up. I arrived at the location they wanted me to come to, to receive this service and then told me to come back another time and never texted me another time to receive my service. I addressed the issue with them and they got angry with how I came about addressing my concern and told me they’ll just give me my money back. The day they told me they’d send me my money back on cashapp was January 16th and ever since then my messages have been ignored. They refuse to provide the service I paid for and refuse to give me my money back. Worst business ever.Customer response
