I have had work on my vehicle multiple times to have work done on it. Granted they have fixed the issue each time, but it was after several visits for them to get it right. Which should have been done right the first time. My vehicle comes back looking worse than when it went in. First time it went in for a molding repair and they damaged the c*** outta my vehicle took them 5 times to fix it. The second time they shipped my vehicle out fix a rattle in my headliner and once they put it back together nothing was installed correctly and had busted clips and scratches on the interior that were not the before.Review from Gary P

Unfortunately Ballas has let me down in a big way. 4 years ago I had a front end accident which some significant damage. My insurance would not total out my car but they took it to Ballas for some extensive repair. My car has been constantly having issues throughout the years but no one was sure of what was wrong. Finally honda in maumme looked under the hood of my car and noticed my radiator was not properly connected and there was some heavy wiring issues. Honda is extremely confident it was a repair not fully completed from my accident. when I contacted Ballas they said due to it being 4 years they will not cover any cost of repairs. I'm not a car guy so highly dissatisfied that I trusted this company to make the repairs they should of done years ago. I wouldn't recommend going to Ballas if you plan on keeping your vehicle for a more than a couple of year's. To be fair the Staff I worked with was very nice and professional. I belive this issue lies with policy or upper management not wanting to Pay out their own mistakes.

The vehicle was here 4 years ago. If we had missed anything of significance back then surely it would have caused major problems shortly afterwards. To come looking for compensation 4 years later seems very unreasonable.
