Set my transmission to this company to be rebuilt the transmission was not shifting gears but it would go into park and drive perfectly fine reverse perfectly fine it was shifting into gear it just wouldn't shift while driving so I sent it to this place to get rebuilt they sent it back 12 Days later and it's still doing the same thing that I sent it to be repaired for I have receipts they said they had a warranty and they are not trying to repair the transmission the way they said they would they couldn't have worked on it because it is not doing what it was supposed to be repaired for I paid them I have receipts proving I paid them the owner **** was very rude and cussed at my husband and belittled him and said that we have to pay more money to get it fixed when we already paid that company to fix it the right way and they did not.Business response

Good morning , the customer brought his transmission to us to rebuild ( he removed himself from his vehicle ). We took to our shop , dismantled it , purchased and installed the correct rebuild kit ( have all the documentation and spare parts to confirm ) . The customer did pick up the unit once complete , and we “ assume “ he correctly installed . We recieved a very rude call from said individual the following week claiming we didn’t rebuild his unit , immediately we suggested he bring the vehicle over ( again we have never seen his vehicle , only the transmision removed ) for our trained mechanics to inspect and see if there is a problem with the unit , or possibly and likely some adjustments may need to be performed . He again was argumentative had did not want to make any attempt to solve or fix the situation . We stand behind our work 100 percent .. but he doesn’t want to make an attempt to allow us to look at the situation . I even offered to send out shop tech over to his house ( we don’t make house calls as a habit . We have a reliable and highly equipped garage to make the necessary repairs . Not sit how we can be insulted or smeared with the fact that we offer a warranty , yet they choose not to make any attempts . thankyou

I am rejecting this response because: the business totally lied on their response to you the business was very rude and disrespectful they do not want to make anything right and the people they said they were going to send to my house we're very verbally abusive and threatened my husband with violence that's why they were not allowed to come to my house they do now want to stand by their guarantee
