As part of the contract I signed, B-Dry System was to install 4 glass block windows in my basement. The waterproofing work was completed last fall, and I am still waiting for my window installation. B-Dry does not answer their phone, and does not return my calls although I have left messages for them.Business response

We have been in communication with this customer since the job was finished. Part of the contract was that we gave him free windows with the waterproofing job he paid for. His windows are custom size and had to be ordered. These windows were on back order and came in over the winter. We told him that we could not install these windows over the winter due to mortar freezing. He was told that we would be out in the Spring to install them. Only the last couple of weeks our main secretary has been out of the office. Mr. ***** did call and leave a message with our office, and he sent an email. We did reply to his email this past friday and told him that we would follow up with a call on Monday. We called him and a date has been set for the installation of the windows.Customer response
