I placed an order for truck accessories with **** at Z One. He ordered incorrect items. He had been told that I was in a time crunch and when the incorrect parts came in, I cancelled the order. He told me at that time that he was issuing a refund for the $640 deposit that I had placed. I have not received the refund and it has been over 3 weeks.
