We placed a hold on a golf cart 30 June 2022 with a 1000. deposit. We cancelled the hold 20 July 2022. The cart was already ordered before we put a hold on it. The company will not refund the deposit. They have not done anything for us to charge 1000.00Business response

Our business and the customer entered into a signed agreement which stipulated that a deposit was required to reserve his purchase.
Also stipulated in the signed agreement was the clause: " Refund for deposit on confirmed orders valid for 7 days from confirmation date "
The customer cancelled his order and requested a refund past the specified time frame and therefore his request for refund was initially declined.
In working further with the customer, management talked with the customer on Friday July 22nd. And told customer to thoroughly read all documents before signing. We honored his request to provide customer a full refund which was issued back onto his credit card on 7/28/22
