I have repeatedly requested in writing or an occasional phone call to have the frequent marketing mailings from Beltone to stop once and for all. I believe at one point in North Olmsted, OH I hand delivered a request to stop mailings years ago. They have continued to send their marketing mailings and have followed me to Toledo from Rocky River where I previously lived. I am to the point where I am seeking assistance from BBB to stop this. It feels like harassment now. Recently I returned another mailing with another pleading message to remove my address from their mailing list and stop these frequent mailings which come almost every week. I am including a copy of the one received today. Obviously, they are ignoring all of my requests to stop these mailings. All I want is for them to cease and desist from all further marketing mailings and contact with me as it is unsolicited and considered harassment now. Thank you.Business response

Our goal at Beltone is to improve the hearing health of all our patients, so they can thrive and take part in communicating with their family and friends on-a-daily basis.
We are sorry to hear that Ms. ***** is upset about receiving an advertising piece on the mail from our Beltone Team. I will be more than happy to remove her name from future mailings. Please keep in mind that future mail pieces from Beltone have already been printed and are sitting at the post office for distribution. The amount of time needed to remove Ms. ***** name may take between 6-8 weeks to be totally purged from the system.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Please provide Beltone with my attached letter in reply to their message as well.
