They arrived an hour and a half late. In a rusted broken down car, and a man that has a very clear history with drug abuse. They showed up in a very unprofessional manner. Upon "completing" the cleaning they had hardly cleaned anything and did not clean what we asked them to. We had to repeatedly go around our home to show what else we needed done. Eventually just agreed that it was good enough. After going through the house the next few days, I honestly don't even know what he cleaned or if he did anything. I had to clean everything in my home myself, and have not found one part of the home that looks clean after his service. I cannot believe I spent $200 on literally nothing. I wish I could just get my money back. Also, It states online that they accept credit cards but apparently only take *****. Which wasn't working for us at the time with the card that we wanted to use to pay with, so we had to pay with an account we didn't want to have to use. This was extremely dissatisfactory for us. Pretty disappointed overall. I have stewed over this the last few days. Because at first I was so happy to support this small business.. but I think it was such an overall terrible experience that something needed to be said. We paid $200 for literally nothing. We had just moved into our house and I wanted the house to be cleaned before we brought our stuff in and instead of being able to put things away I had to spend hours doing what I thought I paid someone else to do... I sent this complaint to the company. He offered me a refund. This was back in June 2022. He has since come up with continual lie after lie as to what is preventing me from getting a refund. I have seen other complaints on his **** for similar issues regarding a refund. At this point, I have come to the realization that this company is very much so a scam. I reached out to ***** to get my money back and there was nothing that they could do. I provided screenshots of our conversations.Business response

I have been battling cancer and I was unaware that this customer did not receive their refund repayment. I was made aware of the issue when it occurred and the contractors that came to perform the unsatisfactory cleaning were dismissed from the company along with the finance and accounting personnel that did not issue the refund repayment. The customer complaints on the company **** review have been taken care of or refunded as was previously told they would and we will be issuing this customer a full refund along with an additional $50 and the refund repayment will be paid out to this customer by 8 October 2022 when I resume running daily operations of the company.
